摘    要:在电站的各种事故中,锅炉事故所占比例最高,而锅炉的各种事故又以过热器和再热器超湿爆管事故率最高。

Abstract:In all kinds of accidents in power stations,the boiler accidents bold the largest proportion.While in all boiler accidents,leak of superheater and reheater happers most frequently owing to to the superhingh temperature.The leak mainly has three reasons:the heat absorption deviation,the flow deviation and the structure deviation.This paper andlyzes parallelconnected tubes in the screen-type superheater finds out that the flow deviation problem is mainly caused by the structure deviation in boiler design and presents a new way to accurately calculate the fluid flow of parallel connected tubes,thus lies a basis to further analyze the superheater and reheater tube's leak.
