| Abstract: | The positive temperature coefficient of resistivity(PTCR)behavior of semiconductive BaTiO3 ceramics is often explained by the Heywang model. Serials of puzzling experimental phenomena denote that in order to accurately depict the PTCR effect more intensive works must be performed. This paper review the last models on the PTCR effect. |
