塑料绝缘子侧向分型压模设计

摘    要:塑料绝缘子外侧为多圈凹槽,且一端带有金属嵌件,要求其成型模具沿轴线哈夫分型,合模前置入嵌件。分析了该塑件的特点,给出了实用的压模结构,论述了模具结构设计和工作过程。该模具采用上下模固定、半溢式闭合、铰链垂直分型的结构形式,有效地解决了脱模问题。

Abstract:There are many annular grooves at the outside surface of the plastic insulator,which requires a vertical parting in the mould. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the plastic insulator the practical die structure is presented. A dissertation is made on every parts of the structure and working principle of the compression mould. According to its characteristics, we adopt the fixed,semi-positive compression mould ,which has a gemel horizon parting framework.This solves the demoulding problem effectively.
