摘    要:分析了上引工频电炉在熔铸操作中铜杆产生气孔的原因及机理,研究了熔铸时加入稀土元素对除氢、除氧、减少水汽等的作用,对有效减少和避免铜杆中产生气孔、提高铜杆质量具有重要意义。

Abstract:Generation and mechanism of pores in up-casting copper rod in main frequency furnace were analyzed. The effects of rare earth elements on removal of hydrogen and oxygen and moisture reduction during casting were investigated. Rare earth elements can improve quality of copper rod by effectively reducing and reventing pore generation in copper rod.
