摘    要:介绍500kA大型预焙电解槽技术条件的选择和在现有工艺条件下的运行情况,同时对出现的相关问题提出了具体的解决方案。从整体看,电解槽槽况稳定,运行正常,电流效率达92.0%以上,吨铝电耗小于13 200kWh,电解质工作状态良好,工艺技术条件的匹配和工艺参数的控制十分理想。

Abstract:Selection of technological specification and operation under current process condition of 500 kA large-size prebaked aluminum cell were introduced. The solutions to address problems were put forward. On the whole, electrolyzer runs normally and stably with current efficiency of 92.0% above and power consumption of 13 290 kWh/t below. Matching of technical conditions and controlling of technological parameters are satisfactory.
