摘    要:根据弹流润滑理论,油的特性是压力和温度的函数,本文用分域离散法对汽车液力减振器内部油液物性和工况参数进行耦合处理,从而实现减振器阻力特性的理想模拟,并详细分析了压力和温度与减振器关键部位节流孔物性和结构参数的影响关系。

Abstract:In the paper, characteristics between damping oil and operating parameters in hydraulic shock absorber has been investigated with partitioned space discrete analogy. A new model has also been developed and used to simulate and compute effects of the pressure and temperature on the oil's performance and construct parameter under orifice flow valve conditions. It is significant to researching for improvement of operating performance of automotive damper.
