| 摘 要： | 主要从原始坯料的制备方法,二次加热中感应器的设计、加热路线的设计和固液相比例的检测与控制,以及触变压铸成形中压铸机的工艺参数、模具压室及配套设备的改进等方面,总结了半固态铝合金触变压铸技术中的几个关键问题,并指出目前存在的问题及今后的发展方向。 |

| Abstract: | The techniques of SSM preparation;the design of the induction heater,the design of reheating procedure,the inspection and control of the solid-liquid proportion in the billet reheating;the parameters of die casting machine, the improvement of mouldand other auxiliary equipments in the thixotropic die casting were introduced.The key problems on thixotropic die casting in semi-solid aluminum alloys were summarized.The existent problems and future direction of this technology were also pointed out. |
