盘道岭隧洞混凝土衬砌的裂缝原因分析

摘    要:盘道岭隧洞是引大入秦灌溉工程总干渠上最长的无压引水隧洞。支护衬砌型式为复合式。施工期及建成后,二次衬砌混凝土产生了大量的裂缝。裂缝产生的原因主要是早期收敛变形,地质条件复杂多变,隧洞断面形状不当,新奥法施工运用欠妥等。

Abstract:The Pandaoling tunnel is the longest non-pressure diversion tunnel of the main channel from Datong river to water irrigation project at Qinwangchuan region.Supporting and lining are composite structure.In construction period and after completion of the project, in concrete lining appeared a large amount of cracks.Major causes of cracks are contraction deformation in early stage,too complicated and changeable geologic setting, improper section shape of the tunnel,wrong practice of NATM construction,etc.
