| 摘 要： | 地处闽中的尤溪县具有得天独厚的水力资源，建国以来经过全县人民的艰苦奋斗，从开发小水电发展到开发中型水电。经过合理规划，认真实施中小流域的梯级开发方案，充分发展水能资源。采取了多方位、多渠道筹集资金，实现了水电滚动开发，为创建福建水电能源基地，做出了贡献。

| Abstract: | Youxi county, located in the middle part of Fujian Province, is richly endowed with hydraulic resources. Since the founding of the P. R. C. the role of hydropower resources development has been brought into full play, from small scale to medium scale. Multichannels of project financing result in fast development. Youxi county has thus become an important hydropower energy base in Fujian Province. |
