| 摘 要： | 2010年是我国引进现代筑坝技术建设混凝土面板堆石坝的第25年.面板堆石坝经过了"引进消化、自主创新、突破发展"三个阶段.通过不断总结经验教训,我国在面板堆石坝设计、施工、科研、监测和特殊条件下建坝等方面取得了瞩目的成就,建立了较为完备的具有自身特色的技术标准体系和工业化体系,如今我国面板堆石坝数量多,最大坝高、工程规模和技术难度都处于世界前列.筑坝技术正在向更高更难方向发展.
