大型同向旋转双螺杆挤压造粒机的相似放大理论

摘    要:借鉴单螺杆挤出机相似放大理论,应用"当量直径"的方法,对9种典型相似放大方法进行了综合评价.基于CW&P公司ZSK Mc系列大型机的设计特点和技术数据,分析了相似放大方法在实际中的应用,提出了大型同向旋转双螺杆挤压造粒机的相似放大方法,宜采用螺杆线速度保持恒定的准则.

Abstract:Using the scale-up theory for single screw extruder for reference,nine typical methods of scale-up were evaluated synthetically with the method of equivalent diameter.By investigating technical data of ZSK Mc series compounders of CW&P,the application of scale-up to engineering practice was analyzed.The strategy of scale-up for large co-rotating twin-screw extruder was given,namely screw peripheral speed should keep constant.
