木质素磺酸盐/LLDPE复合材料性能研究

摘    要:采用环氧氯丙烷对木质素磺酸盐进行环氧化改性.研究了环氧化木质素磺酸盐(LER)与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的共混体系.红外光谱分析表明,LER与LLDPE之间存在的分子间氢键;SEM图表明,在相容剂作用下,LER均匀地分散于LLDPE基体中,并且形成一定的过渡层.复合薄膜中LER质量分数可达40%,薄膜的拉伸强度14.8 Mpa,断裂伸长率102.5%.

Abstract:Epoxy modified lignosulfonates(LER)were obtained by the reaction of LER with epichlorhydrine.Epoxy modified LER/linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE)blends have been studied.FTIR elucidated the existence of an intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interaction between LER and LLDPE.SEM micrographs showed that LER particles were dispersed homogenously in the LLDPE matrix with compatibilizer and a transition layer was formed.The mass fraction of the LER in the composite materials could up to 40%,the tensile strengt...
