聚乳酸表面接枝改性硅灰石/聚乳酸复合材料的力学及降解性能研究

摘    要:将聚乳(酸PLA)接枝到硅灰石粒子表面进行改性,制备了PLA-g-硅灰石/PLA复合材料,考察了复合材料的微观结构、力学性能和降解性能。结果表明:PLA-g-硅灰石提高了无机粒子与PLA基体的相容性,并使无机粒子在基体中的分散更加均匀;与硅灰石/PLA复合材料相比,PLA-g-硅灰石/PLA复合材料的拉伸性能和弯曲性能增强降,解速度减慢并,且在降解过程中保持了较好的力学性能。

Abstract:PLA was grafted onto the surface of wollastonite surface,and PLA-g-wollastonite/PLA composite was prepared.The microstructure,mechanical properties and degradation properties of the composite were investigated.The results show that PLA-g-wollastonite improves the compatibility between the inorganic particles and PLA matrix,and makes the dispersion of the inorganic particles in PLA matrix more uniform;compared with wollastonite/PLA composite,the tensile property and flexural property of PLA-g-wollastonite/PLA composite are higher,the degradation speed is lower,and the mechanical properties during degradation are better.
