| 摘 要： | 砂垫层不但加深了建筑物基础的砌置深度,而且使建筑物的荷载通过砂垫层均匀地扩散到下层地基上,防止地基内局部应力集中而引起剪切破坏.渗透性好,下卧层压缩固结挤出的水分可通过砂垫层渗出,加速了地基的固结.
