| 摘 要： | 介绍了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)L5303B在小中空容器中的应用,并与国内市场同类原料5300B进行了对比.结果表明,L5303B的摩尔质量略低于5300B,摩尔质量分布比5300B宽,相对支化度高于5300B,熔体质量流动速率大于5300B,加工性能比5300B好.同时L5303B密度和结晶度稍低,导致其托伸屈服强度略低于5300B,断裂伸长率略高于5300B.加工应用试验表明,通过简单的工艺参数调整,L5303B可以替代5300B应用于小中空容器的生产.

| Abstract: | The authors introduced the application of HDPE L5303B in small hollow container,and compared the resin with its domestic counterpart 5300B.The results showed that the relative molecular weight of L5303B was lower than 5300B,its relative molecular weight distribution was broader than 5300B,its relative branching degree was higher than 5300B,its melt flow rate was larger than 5300B and it was easier to be produced than 5300B.The density and degree of crystallization of L5303B were lower than 5300B,so L5303B h... |
