摘    要:向家坝水电站地下厂房系统规模巨大,地质条件复杂.在大量科研工作的基础上,确定了地下洞室群,尤其是主厂房的施工程序和支护参数.建设过程中进行了严格的施工管理和作业控制,建立了集设计、科研、施工于一体的实时监测动态分析反馈系统.向家坝水电站工程实践中形成的设计、施工和项目管理原则和程序,可对类似工程起借鉴作用.
