秸秆草砖保温性能研究

摘    要:采用DRY-300 F型导热系数测定仪,对不同配比的秸秆砖试件进行导热系数测定.通过对试验结果的对比分析得出:秸秆草砖含水率越小,导热系数越小,保温效果越好;黏土和水泥中分别加入定量的秸秆,可以提高不同配比秸秆砖试件的保温效果.秸秆草砖导热系数小,作为保温材料使用,能够明显提高建筑的保温隔热性能.

Abstract:DRY - 300 F type applied for testing the coefficient of thermal conductivity on different ratios of straw brick samples. In the experiment of comparative analysis, this article reaches a conclusion that the less the moisture content, the smaller the coefficient of thermal conductivity, and the better insulation performance will be. Adding certain quantity of straw into the soil and concrete can improve the insulation performance of the straw brick samples with different ratios. As a kind of material for insulation, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of the crop straw bricks is obviously appropriate for improving the insulation performance of the structure.
