钛基DSA阳极在锌电积上的应用研讨

摘    要:介绍了钛基DSA阳极电积锌的试验情况。锌电积改用钛基DSA阳极,比使用铅银阳极每吨析出锌直流电耗平均降低约98 27kW·h,电积过程无需添加SrCO3,析出锌含铅低于0 0014%且极易达到Zn99 995的标准要求。并对其应用状况和前景进行了研讨。

Abstract:The experiment of zinc electrolysis on titanium based dimensional stable anodes (DSA) is introduced. The direct current consumption is cut down 98.27kW·h/t Zn after substituted Pb-Ag alloys anodes by DSA, lead content in the electrolyzing zinc is below 0.0014% without adding SrCO3 in the process. On the other hand, the application prospect of titanium based DSA is also discussed.
