摘    要:针对旋转型直接驱动伺服电机转轴角位置精密测量,采用了由旋转变压器-RDC构成的高精度测角系统,介绍了测角系统的硬件构成和RDC及其相关参数的选择。为提高测角系统的精度与可靠性,提出了一种数字标定方法,根据对标定曲线的分析得到了RDC的突跳误差和旋转变压器的交轴误差,并提出了采用软件消除和补偿误差的措施。实验结果表明,通过数字标定和误差补偿后的测角系统精度达到3角分。

Abstract:A kind of high precise angular measurement system based on resolver-RDC for measuring revolving and direct-driving servo motor was used.The angular measurement system scheme was introduced.The feature of resolver and RDC and the choice of their correlative parameter were proposed also.To enhance measure precision and reliability,a kind of digital calibration was presented.After analyzing the curve of calibration,the leap error of RDC and the orthogonal error of resolver were educed the error compensation method by software was introduced.Experiments verifyed the angular measurement system's precision was achieved 3 minute of arc.
