摘    要:乳山市大业金矿选金尾矿中绢云母含量高达23.3%.文中采用尾矿粗砂再磨,预选脱硫,贵金属矿物二次回收,脱硫尾矿再分级回收绢云母的选矿工艺,分别得到一级品、二级品、三级品3个等级的绢云母新材料,平均粒径达到3.59 μm.该项目具有投资少、成本低、材料性能好、价格优的明显优势,经济效益、环境效益显著,值得借鉴和推广.

Abstract:The content of sericite in gold tailings is 23.3 % in Rushan Daye gold mine.The tailings is treated with the following flowsheet to recover sericite,tailings regrinding-preselection for desulfurization-secondary recovery of precious metals-regrading.New materials of sericite in Grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are obtained,whose average diameter is 3.59 μm.The project has the following advantages,low investment,low cost,high performance and price.The economic and environmental benefits are obvious.
