| Abstract: | Scientific research is a process that the research organization conducts innovative study and development according to the requirements of society or clients.Based on the characteristics of research projects,this article makes a discussion on implementing ISO9001 quality management standard and controlling research quality in the whole process of executing scientific research projects. Some proposals are given on some key links in the process of executing such projects. |
