| 摘 要： | 分析了EOQ模型不允许缺货假设条件在生产企业备件采购决策中应用的局限性；提出了生产企业备件采购决策应在备件是否允许缺货的经济分析后，结合备件的消耗特性运用不同订货模型的拉动式两阶段决策模型；构建了生产企业备件供应是否允许缺货判定模型以及允许缺货条件下的采购批量决策模型。

| Abstract: | Under the prohibiting stock-out of the assumption in EOQ model, the limitation of purchasing decision for spare parts of manufacturing firms was analyzed. The pull two-echelon decision model was put forward, in which the different decision models were used with the consumption characteristic of spare parts after economic analyses of whether stock-out of spare parts of manufacturing firms was admitted. Stock-out determination model for spare parts supply of manufacturing firms and batch purchasing decision model for admitting on stock-out of spare parts were constituted. |
