| 摘 要： | 通过对传统冲压手册上的计算方法的分析,介绍了近年推出的一种板料弹塑性弯曲应力应变中性层位置的分析计算方法,分析计算了某典型的多弯角钢板弯制件的展开长度,为该零件的弯曲成形数值模拟和实验研究提供工艺参考.

| Abstract: | This paper have analyzed and calculated the spread length of a traditional multi-bends bending metal sheet with two analysis computational methods:one is by traditional stamping handbook,the other is by the position of the metal sheet's neutral surface of stress and strain promoted the recent years. It have provided the technology reference to the numerical simulation and the experimental study for the workpiece bending forming. |
