激光深熔焊接任意形状小孔的能量密度计算

摘    要:为了准确计算激光深熔焊接瞬态小孔演化过程中小孔壁面所吸收的激光能量,提出了一种基于Level set方法和有限差分模型的光线追踪新方法。该方法同时合理考虑了小孔对激光能量的多重反射吸收以及等离子体对激光的逆韧吸收。结果表明,所提出的光线追踪方法可以用来准确计算任意复杂形状小孔壁面的能量密度。

Abstract:A new ray tracing method based on Level Set method and finite difference model was proposed to calculate the laser density distribution of the keyhole wall during the transient keyhole evolution process of deep penetration laser welding. The multiple reflections Fresnel absorption of the keyhole wall and the inverse Bremsstrahlung absorption of the vapor plume/plasma were simultaneously considered in this new method. The results demonstrate that the presented method can be used to calculate the laser density distribution of arbitrarily shaped keyhole accurately.
