钻井堵漏材料送入工具的研究与应用

摘    要:为了解决钻井漏失在处理过程中遇到的架桥材料较大而无法通过钻井泵滤网和钻头的问题,设计了一种旁通式堵漏材料送入工具。该工具可将堵漏或固壁材料准确地送至预定位置,可以避免膨胀性有机堵漏材料在施工过程中膨胀,还可以送入无法经过钻井泵的长纤维和大颗粒等材料。现场应用表明,该工具在下入过程中能保证钻井液的循环畅通,并将高浓度堵漏材料定点挤入漏失层位,实现快速封堵。

Study and application of running tool for drilling leakage-plugging material
Abstract:During the drilling leakage treatment, the bridging material cannot pass through the drilling pump and drill bit due to its larger size. To solve this problem, a kind of bypass running tool for leakage-plugging material is designed. The tool can accurately convey the leakage-plugging material or wall-fixing material to the preset location, preventing the expansion of expandable organic leakage-plugging. In addition, it can also convey the long fiber and large particle which cannot pass through the drilling pump. The field application indicates that the tool can squeeze the high-concentration leakage-plugging material into the leakage zone and realize the rapid plugging, ensuring the smooth circulation of drilling fluid during the drilling operation.
