摘    要:随着对无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)的深入研究,其在游艇电机中得到了应用。游艇电机逆变器选用功率MOSFET作为功率开关管。由于驱动电路的优劣直接影响MOSFET的开关特性、逆变器的效率,以及电机的可靠性,所以驱动电路的合理设计显得尤为重要。而且由于游艇电机转速的变化要求驱动电路工作频率相应变化,常规的隔离变压器驱动电路不适合在这种场合下工作。为此,本文中基于光耦HCPL4504和专用驱动芯片UCC27321/2构成了一种新颖的驱动电路,其外围器件少、电路简单可靠、成本低,非常适合多个并联MOSFET的驱动。实验结果验证了设计的合理性与可行性。
