水沙对渭河下游防洪的影响及治理对策分析

摘    要:三门峡建库后,潼关高程急剧抬升,导致渭河下游淤积严重,逐渐形成"地上河",防洪形势极为严峻。本文重点分析了渭河下游水沙变化对河道防洪的影响,同时从降低潼关高程、清淤固堤疏通河道、洪水资源利用的角度提出了渭河下游防洪治理措施。

Abstract:After Sanmenxia Reservoir had set up,the altitude of Tongguan has rapidly heightened that caused serious deposited in downstream of Wehe River,gradualy formed the "river over ground",so the flood control situation was extremely rigorous.This paper pointed out the influence for the flood control by major analysis for the variety of water and sand in downstream of the Weihe River.In the meantime,from change of Sanmenxia reservoir operation,lowering Tongguan altitude,filling in solid dike and dredges river bed,utilzing of flood resource,this paper put forward the flood control and improving contermeasures in downstream of Weihe River.
