小尺度垂直管内气液两相流型及转换界限研究

摘    要:采用高速摄像仪(CCD)对垂直上升管(内径3 mm和5 mm)内空气-水两相流进行可视化研究。在实验范围内,拍摄到了泡状流,弹状流,扰动流,段塞流和雾状流5种典型流型图像;两种管径下气液两相流流型及流型转换界限不同,且5 mm管的流型转换区域与Mishima-Ishii模型相似;3 mm管道的转换边界与Akbar等模型具有一定的一致性。

Abstract:A high-speed video camera( CCD)was used to study the flow patterns in the circularvertical upward channel(The inner diameter 3mm and 5ram)of gas-liquid two-phase for visualization reaearch. Five main flow patterns were observed:bubble, slug, churn, annular and mist flow. Gas-liquid two phase flow under two kinds of pipe diameter and flow pattern transition boundary is different, And the 5 mm tube flow pattern transition region similar to Mishima-Ishii model;3 mm pipeline transform boundary model has a certain consistency with Akbar, etc.
