回火温度对800 MPa级低碳贝氏体钢组织及性能的影响

摘    要:对采用TMCP工艺轧制的800 MPa低碳贝氏体钢进行不同温度的回火试验,分析了不同回火温度对800MPa级低碳贝氏体钢的组织及性能的影响。结果表明:回火过程是板条贝氏体的熟化过程,随着回火温度的升高,强度降低,而冲击韧性得到改善。

Abstract:A 800 MPa Low carbon baintic steel was rolled by TMCP and tempered,the effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 800 MPa low carbon baintic steel was studied. Tempering process is lath bainite curing process, the intensity decreased, while toughness is improved.
