断路器防跳接线故障分析及措施

摘    要:为了能同时使用断路器的两种防跳跃方式,改造了防跳回路的设计。采用跳闸位置继电器回路串入断路器常闭接点,则改变断路器机构防跳继电器自保持回路,使两种防跳跃方式相互配合。改造后,能防止各种原因引起的跳跃,又能消除分闸后不能再合闸,和合闸后绿灯仍亮的异常现象。

Abstract:Breaker is the ability to closing, carrying and breaking currents under normal circuit conditions, and can closing, carrying within the stipulated time and breaking abnormal circuit conditions ( including short-circuit conditions) under current switching devices. Circuit breakers can be used to distribute electric power, not frequently start asynchronous motors, implement the protection of power lines and motors, when they occur severe overload, short circuit, under voltage or other fault can automatically cut off the circuit. In this paper, breakers cun'ently used two anti-pumping wiring ways:"Series anti-pumping wiring" and "Parallel anti-pumping wiring"Expounded and failure analysis,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of both,improvement measures are put forward.
