摘    要:针对炉顶空间温度偏高、结石墨较厚现象进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,通过提高焦炉严密性、调整标准温度和装煤量、合理控制高向加热等,降低了炉顶空间温度,炉顶及上升管根部石墨厚得到明显改善,确保了生产稳定顺行。

Abstract:The problems such as the higher temperature at the top 6 m Coke - oven and the thicker graphiting at knot were Analyzed, the paper proposed the improvement measures by increasing the rigor of coke - oven, adjustting the standard temperature and loading coal, controlling the reasonable high heating, etc. The roof space temperature was reduced, and the graphite hickness was improved significantly at the top of Coke - oven and the root riser to ensure the stable production.
