摘    要:山杏是固沙保土、涵养水源、改善生态环境的优良树种,研究其耐干旱胁迫能力是提高其造林成活率与生态修复能力的前提和基础。文章利用盆栽试验和自然耗水处理方法,研究了土壤干旱逐渐加剧的过程中山杏苗木叶片主要生理生化指标的变化。结果表明:随着土壤相对含水量(RWC)的降低,叶片含水量(LRWC)及叶绿素(Chl)含量逐渐降低,细胞膜透性逐渐增大,MDA含量呈现逐渐增加的变化趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)两种抗氧化酶活性先升高后降低,可溶性糖(Ss)含量与脯氨酸(Pro)含量增加。其中,LRWC与其它生理指标的相关性系数较高,抗氧化酶SOD活性与POD活性之间、渗透调节物质Ss含量和Pro含量之间存在显著的正相关关系。

Abstract:Prunus sibirica is fine specie to stabilize sand and soil, conserve water and improve the ecological environment. To study the ability of resistance to drought stress is the premise and foundation of improving the afforesting survival rate and ecological restoration ability. The (RWC) of soil, leaf relative water content (LRWC) and the chlorophyll (Chl) content decreased, and the cell membrane permeability and the content of MDA increased gradually. When the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) increased first and then decreased, the soluble sugar (Ss) content and the proline (Pro) content increased following the soil water reduced. The LRWC had higher correlation coefficient with other physiological indicators, and it had significant positive correlation between antioxidase SOD activity and POD activity and between osmolyte Ss and Pro.
