| 摘 要： | 分析了危险作业实施过程中风险管控存在的问题,提出并建立了冶金企业危险作业风险管理与控制体系。通过危险作业分级、责任体系建立、计划管理等管控措施的运行,有效控制了危险作业风险,确保了危险作业安全实施。
