基于DSP的双PWM变频调速系统的研究

摘    要:利用美国TI(德州仪器)公司推出的TMS320X240芯片面向新一代电机控制并具有DSP内核的特点,将DSP的高速运算能力和面向电机高效控制能力运用到变频调速系统的控制中,组成以TMS320X240为核心的DSP单片机控制系统.该系统具有控制高效、复杂算法实现方便等特点,使得双PWM变频调速系统简化了硬件,提高了控制精度和系统的可靠性,有效地实现了对双PWM变频调速系统的快速、准确、实时控制.这说明DSP的应用具有极广阔的前景.

Abstract:The TMS320X240 is a member of the TMS320 family of digital signalprocessors (DSP), which is made by Dethou instruments. It has the architectural features necessary for high-speed signal processing and digital control functions, and it is coupled with the high-performance DSP core, its application enables the use of advanced control techniques for high-precision and high-effciency full variable-speed control of all motor types. This paper presents a new governor system using frequency conversion based on DSP. Its high performance allows real-time execution of very complex control algorithms and very high sampling rates to minimize loop delays. It proves that DSP will be applied extensively in future.
