沁水盆地煤层气井固井技术

摘    要:沁水盆地煤层厚,主力煤层分布稳定,储集性好,含气量高,保存条件好,煤层气资源丰富。但是该地区煤层气井固井质量一直不高,影响了煤层气的勘探与评价工作。介绍了沁水盆地煤层气井固井的特点,提出了适合煤层气井的固井技术,筛选出了TG早强降失水剂。在沁水盆地、鄂尔多斯盆地应用上述技术后,到2002年底为止共固井10口,固井优质率90%,合格率100%,解决了煤层气井长期存在固井质量差的问题,并探讨了以后煤层气井固井所要研究解决的问题

Abstract:Qinshui basin is abundant in coalbed gas resources,while the cementing quality has been kept very poor,which deeply influenced the exploration and evaluation of coalbed gas in this area.The paper presents the characteristics of coalbed gas cementing in this area,and proposed the cementing technology suitable for coalbed gas wells.An effective fluid loss control agent-TG,with the property of early strength development was also optimized.The cementing technology and cement slurry sy stem have been applied in 10 wells in Qinshui Basin and Eerduosi Basin,and the qualification rate was 100%,in which 90% of the wells were of good quality.The paper also discussed the problems need to be resolved in coalbed gas well cementing.
