摘    要:通过对产生细节的各项因素对比试验,表明JC9.7tex纱细节多的主要原因在于纺纱过程中的意外牵伸;而且细节直接影响条干CV值。认为应采用加大粗纱定量或增大粗纱捻系数,可以减少意外牵伸,从而减少细节,降低条干CV值,提高成纱质量。

Abstract:By comparative analysis of the factors causing thin place,conclusion is made that accidental draft is the main reason causing thin place in spinning process,with the direct affection of CV value.The paper puts forth that increasing roving feeding and roving twisting factors can markedly reduce the opportunity of accidental draft,with result of reducing CV value and enhancing the yarn quality.
