| 摘 要： | 基于目前国际国内电力市场的形势,结合ERP的核心管理思想,分析了电力企业实施ERP的必要性,同时重点以火电厂实施ERP为例,研究了ERP系统实施的总体构架、模块结构以及实施的具体步骤,最后总结了ERP实施过程中的关键因素.

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation in electrical power markets at home and abroad, and combining the core concept of enterprise resources planning (ERP), the necessity of application of ERP to power industry is analyzed. Then the framework of the system, the structure of the functional module and detailed application steps are researched. Finally, the key factors that should be considered are summarized. |
