摘    要:分析了国内塑料机械行业发展存在的一些弊端,提出了解决这些弊端的一些建议。重新认识塑料机械的特性、功能,扭转塑料机械研发的传统理念;以市场塑料制品发展为导向,着力自主创新,开发核心技术。汽车、医疗、饮料包装、3“C”、航空航天、大型复合管道等新颖塑料制品的成型设备是塑料机械研发的重点,节能、高速、高效、精密、环保、网络化、智能化、专用性、特定性、功能化等是塑料机械性能的科学发展方向。

Abstract:Some malpractices which exist in the domestic plastics machinery development are analyzed, and some suggestions are proposed. Reconsider the characteristics, functions of the plastics machinery, reverse the traditional idea of the research and development of plastics machinery. Take the market plas- tics products development as the guidance, innovate independently to develop core technolgies. The au- tomobile, medical, dicnk packing, 3"C', aerospace, large scale compound pipeline, etc. are the key of research and development on plastics machinery. And the energy consernation, high speed, high effi- ciency, precise, environment friendly, network and intellectualization, etc. are scientific development directions of plastics machinery properties.
