| 摘 要： | 逻辑框架法是通过垂直逻辑关系检验项目的效果和作用,通过水平逻辑关系对资源和成果进行说明和评价。运用逻辑框架法对黑河调水及近期治理可持续性进行评价,同时综合运用成功度评价法和层次分析法对各单项指标进行等级评定和层次分析,得出黑河调水及近期治理可持续性评价总的评价等级结果。

| Abstract: | Logical frame method is to test project effect and function through vertically logical relations and to appraise the resources and the achievement through horizontally logical relations.Utilizing logical frame method carries on endurance appraisal of Heihe Water Transfer and Recent Treatment Projects,simultaneously applying success appraisal method and analytic hierarchy process synthetically carries on grade estimation and analytic hierarchy for various targets,finally gets general comments in Endurance Appraisal of Heihe Water Transfer and Recent Treatment Projects. |
