摘    要:苯部分加氢制备环己烯的关键是催化剂。着重论述了以钌、铑等为主催化剂 ,锌为助催化剂的各种复合催化剂 ,以及催化剂的制备方法和载体对催化性能的影响。催化剂经过钴、镍、锆及一些碱土金属元素和过渡金属元素的改良 ,其催化性能得到了很大提高 ;水以及己二醇、苯甲醇和 1 ,4-丁二醇等一些有机物添加剂对环己烯产率和选择性的提高也有积极的作用。简要介绍了催化剂的再生和防失活等方面的技术。讨论了温度、氢气压力、催化剂活性组分含量对苯部分加氢制备环己烯反应的影响。

Abstract:The research and development of catalysts for the partial hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene is very important. In this paper, the various zinc-containing ruthenium catalysts for this reaction, the preparation of the catalysts and effects of supports are reviewed in detail. Modified catalysts containing salt of alk-earth hydroxides or transition-metal sulfates exhibit excellent high cyclohexene selectivity and yield. Water, organic compounds such as phenylcarbinol or 1,4-butanediol and other additives are beneficial to this reaction. The methods of regeneration and preventing deactivation of catalysts are reviewed briefly. The influence of temperature, hydrogen pressure and contents of active component in catalysts are discussed.
