阿魏酸低聚糖的体外抗氧化性质的研究

摘    要:采用羟基自由基、超氧阴离子、DPPH自由基、还原力、脂质体氧化反应体系,检测了阿魏酸低聚糖的体外抗氧化海洼。结果表明阿魏酸低聚糖有较强的抗氧化活性,是一种良好的天然抗氧化剂。

Abstract:In this paper, the antioxidative activity of feruloylated oligosaccharides was determined using hydroxyl free radicals,superoxide anion free radicals, DPPH free radicals, reducing force, lipidosome antioxidation reaction system. The results showed that feruloylated oligosaccharides had strong antioxidative activity. They are good antioxidant.
