大老爷府低渗透油田深部调剖技术研究

摘    要:大老爷府油田渗透率低、微裂缝发育、层间非均质性严重,导致开发过程中无效水循环严重、采收率低、综合含水高,因此需要进行油藏深部调剖来改善水驱开发效果.通过评价羟丙基淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝、交联聚合物冻胶在油藏中的运移、成胶时间、选择注入性及封堵强度等性能,确定该调剖剂完全适合大老爷府的油藏条件.矿场试验后,各注水井的注水压力逐渐升高,平均升高0.65 MPa,区块整体达到了增油降水效果.研究认为:低渗透微裂缝发育的油藏,在高含水开发期通过调剖,可以达到改善注水开发效果的目的;针对具体的油藏条件,有目的的开发合适的调剖体系,并对其适应性进行正确评价,则是保证调剖试验成功的

Abstract:Due to low permeability, developed microfractures and serious interbed heterogeneity of Dalaoyefu oilfield, ineffective water circulation during development is serious, recovery factor is low and comprehensive water cut is high. Therefore, deep profile control is needed to improve water flood performance. Based on evaluation to hydroxypropyl amylum and acrylamide graft, migration, gel time, selective filling ability and plugging intensity of crosslinked copolymer gel in oil reservoir, it is determined that this profile control agent can match with Dayaoyefu oil reservoir. After filed test, the water injection pressure of each injector increased gradually with the average increase of 0. 65MPa, and for the total block oil increased and water cut decreased. According to research in low permeability oil reservoir with developed microfractures, profile control at high water cut stage can improve water injection results; for specific reservoir conditions, certain profile control system can be developed and the correct evaluation to its feasibility is the key to ensure the success of the profile control test; hydroxypropyl amylum and acrylamide graft and crosslinked polymer gel can be applied for deep profile control.
