| 摘 要： | 介绍了各种类型的太阳能热水器研究状况及太阳能热水器的建筑一体化．提出了集太阳能集热、储能和提热为一体的热二极管太阳能集热器概念．同时对热二极管传热特性进行了基础性实验研究，并得出相关结论．

| Abstract: | The research on various types of solar water heaters as well as ways of building integrated solar water heater are summarized．The concept of thermodiode-employed solar water heaters，which integrate solar collection，energy storage and heat extraction，is proposed as wel1．Meanwile，some basic experimental researches on the heat transfer charecteristics of thermodiode are carried out，and some conclusions drawn． |
