九圩港大桥钢箱连续梁架设方案

摘    要:九圩港大桥是一座3跨变高度的钢箱连续梁桥。结合桥位处的自然条件及工期要求,提出了3种可行的钢箱梁架设方案。采用有限元方法模拟钢箱梁的架设过程,对不同施工方案进行了施工阶段及成桥状态的仿真分析和综合比较。最终,采用了边跨支架上焊接,中跨大节段吊装的架设方案。

Abstract:Jiu Wei-Gang Bridge is a continuous steel-box girder with three spans. Three feasible schemes of erecting girder had been put forward considering the environments of bridge site and constructing schedule. The processes of erecting steel box-girder were simulated by finite element method to analysis the mechanical behavior of bridge. The general comparison about the schemes was specified. Large segment was used in mid-span erecting with side-span supporting on falsework.
