网上行政审批安全设计与实现策略研究

摘    要:针对网上行政审批存在的安全问题,从5个层面设计系统安全,尤其针对应用安全层面基于PKI和PMI,利用数字签名、数据加密、数字信封、电子签章等技术,提出一套完整的网上行政审批系统的应用安全设计思路以及实现方法,保证网上申报和审批的安全性,实现安全的全程网上行政申报与审批。

Abstract:This article,in accordance with administrative examination and approval for security problems,from five level design system security,in particular,the security level for the application of PKI-based and PMI,using digital signatures,data encryption,digital envelope,e-signature technologies,provides a set of complete Online Administrative Examination and Approval System security design ideas and implementation methods to ensure the security of online filing and approval,to achieve a secure online administrative reporting and approval throughout.
