| 摘 要： | TBM主机是隧道掘进机最重要的组成部分,它的设计水平直接关系到整个TBM工作性能.以大型CAD/CAE/CAM软件CATIA为平台对TBM主机进行有限元计算分析.在研究复杂机械结构有限元分析方法的同时,尝试通过对TBM主机的有限元分析,挖掘TBM主机设计的一些重要信息,通过对这些信息分析获得结构和设计参数对TBM主机性能的影响.

| Abstract: | Host machine is the most important part of TBM. The design ability of the host machine of TBM decides the performance of the TBM. CATIA is a famous CAD/CAE/CAM software. It is adopted to bulid 3D model and complete the finite elements analysis of host machine of TBM. Some important informations about design of host machine of TBM were getted, at the same time finite elements analysis of complicated stucture was researched. By analyzing these informations, the influence of structure and design parameters to the performance of host machine of TBM was obtained. |
