| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the advantages and problems of the university cooperating with the company guide the graduation theses,and proposed the effective mode which makes use of their advantages and effectively guide the students to accomplish the theses.The practice shows that this mode can improve the teaching quantity and promote the cooperation among industry,university and research institute. |
