长春市城镇体系的空间管治规划研究

在充分借鉴国内外空间管治规划理论与方法的基础上,提出了长春市城镇体系空间管治规划的原则与思路,以不同类型空间为管治单元,确定了城镇功能不同地域的空间管治范围、方向与途径,提出了城镇体系空间管治规划的实施战略与政策,为我国其他地区市域城镇体系空间管治规划的编制提供了一定的思路与模式借鉴。

STUDY ON SPATIAL GOVERNANCE PLAN OF CHANGCHUN URBAN SYSTEM

On the basis of theories and methodsof spatial governance plan from home-and-abroad,this paper illustrates the outline and principles ofspatial governance plan in Changchun urban system.By determining the range, objective and approachesof spatial governance plan in terms of city function, itextends strategies and policies for the implementa-tion of spatial governance, which will be helpful forthe formulation of spatial governance plan of citysystem in other regions.
