气相聚乙烯淤浆进料催化剂的研究

摘    要:研究了新型聚乙烯淤浆进料催化剂的物理性质,考察了催化剂在不同条件下的均聚、共聚和氢调性能,选择了合适的合成工艺,并将其与国外同类催化剂进行了对比。研究表明,该淤浆进料催化剂均聚、共聚和氢调性能良好,可明显减少聚合树脂的低聚物,适用于气相聚合工艺。

Abstract:Study of a new type gas phase ethylene polymerization catalyst fed in slurry was introduced.Physical properties of the catalyst were determined.Behaviour of the catalyst in polymerization,copolymerization and hydrogen regulation under different conditions was investigated.A suitable synthetic technique was selected,and the obtained catalyst was compared with imported catalysts.The obtained catalyst fed in slurry had good performance in polymerization,copolymerization and hydrogen regulation.Quantity of oligomer in product resin decreased(measured by hexane dissolubility).The catalyst is applicable for gas phase ethylene polymerization.A patent of invention for this catalyst has been applied.
