| 摘 要： | 分析了在现行石油钻井资料中钻井时间统计方面存在的问题，为了适应新体制的要求和对外合作的需要，根据钻井施工内容和国际钻井的通用方法，从钻井承包商的角度，提出了调整钻井时间的划分方案以及统计计算方法的具体设想，并对调整后钻井时间统计中的基本概念进行了解释，为了石油天然气行业标准的修订提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The problems in current statistical methods to count the drilling time in petroleum drilling reference are analyzed.In order to fit with the requirements of the new systems and cooperate with foreigners,according to drilling operation content and general methods in international drilling industry,the concrete ideas for adjusting drilling time parting program and statistical calculation methods are put forward on drilling contractor's view.The basic conceptions in statistical methods after adjusting are also explained.It provided a reference to modify the petroleum & gas industry standards. |
